My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so our team can focus on what they do best - connecting people with the right opportunities. As the Co-Founder and Operations Manager at Kin Collective Recruitment, with 10 years of experience in marketing recruitment under my belt, I’ve seen first-hand the difference a great fit can make, both for individuals and businesses.

While I’m not involved in recruitment day-to-day, I absolutely love being the glue that holds everything together. From managing operations to supporting our brilliant team, my role is all about creating an environment where our lovely people can thrive. I’m passionate about building relationships with both candidates and clients, understanding what drives them, and ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and meaningful.

What excites me the most is the ethos we’ve built together - people first, always. Our mission is to bring the right marketers into the right teams, and I’m here to ensure that the operational side supports that vision.
