The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s reach into new verticals and territories.

  • Build strong relationships with partners, providing the necessary tools, support, and training to drive mutual success.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful partner campaigns and enablement programs.

  • Monitor partner performance, analysing data to ensure targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Manage partner incentives, pricing structures, and agreements to maintain strong engagement and retention.

  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

About You:

  • Proven experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development within a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and revenue-driving strategies.

  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

  • Commercially savvy, with experience managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.

  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data to optimise partner performance.

  • A proactive and strategic thinker, comfortable working in a fast-moving, results-driven business.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet partners and attend industry events.

Why Join?

  • Join a well-established, growing business with a strong industry presence.

  • Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package and high commission potential.

  • Hybrid working model, offering a great balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Whilst this is a UK based remote role, there will be a minimum of 30% business expensed travel both nationally and internationally.
