The Role:
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong hands-on digital marketing experience.
You’ll lead data-driven marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns drive measurable results and resonate with the target audience.
What you’ll be doing:
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
Managing and optimising campaigns across various channels, including paid media (Google Ads, social media, programmatic), SEO, and email marketing.
Collaborating with designers and developers to ensure marketing efforts align with brand identity.
Analysing performance data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Presenting strategic plans, performance reports, and campaign concepts to clients and internal teams.
Supporting content strategy across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have a combination of strategic expertise and hands-on technical skills.
Key Requirements include:
At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, social media (LinkedIn and YouTube), and performance analytics.
A background in agency or managing multiple brands.
Proficiency in GA4, heatmap analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Expert knowledge of ActiveCampaign.
