As a Recruitment Partner at Kin Collective Recruitment and in my previous role, my focus has always been understanding marketers - not just their CVs, but what drives them and what they want to achieve in their roles. It’s all about connecting with our candidates on a personal level and aligning them with opportunities that make sense for them, not just for the role. I’m also passionate about working with our clients to build teams that truly click, and I take pride in making sure the process is as smooth and transparent as possible.
